8On Friday, October 24th, 2025, Jazz Prime returns for the fifth consecutive year to the Teatro Giotto in Vicchio. Now in its sixth edition, Jazz Prime is a project created to highlight the new generations of musicians, always at the heart of Musicus Concentus’ mission, and organized in collaboration with the Jazz Club of Vicchio.

An evening entirely dedicated to jazz and its many languages, balancing tradition and new inspirations, featuring ensembles from two of the main music education centers in the Metropolitan City of Florence: the “Luigi Cherubini” Conservatory and the Fiesole Music School.

Ensemble of the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole, founded under the guidance of saxophonist Claudio Giovagnoli, with a repertoire ranging from Duke Ellington and Charlie Parker to reinterpretations inspired by Joni Mitchell and Lady Gaga.

🕙 10:00 p.m. – Horace Silver Songbook
Ensemble of the Jazz Department of the Conservatorio Cherubini in Florence, led by saxophonist Dario Cecchini, dedicated to the more spiritual and poetic side of the great American pianist and composer.
