Raised in a family of musicians (his father is the renowned jazz musician Steve Lunardi), with a background that blends classical tradition and modern experimentation, Elia Lunardi brings to the stage a profound and refined sonic experience. From a young age, he preferred spending time among musical instruments rather than toys, developing a deep connection with sound and becoming a multi-instrumentalist. His compositions, characterized by enveloping melodies and evocative lyrics, transport the audience into an intimate and vibrant universe.
December 2024 sees the release of Sound of Light, his first EP, produced in Vienna by Filippo Gaetani with two-time Grammy-winning engineer Cameron Craig, who lends his mixing talents to two tracks. Sound of Light showcases Elia’s versatility, blending electronic indie pop, singer-songwriter introspection, and hints of progressive rock, offering a vibrant look at his evolving art reminiscent of artists such as Bon Iver, Ben Howard and Coldplay.
