Join us in the evocative Sala Vanni on Friday, December 5th at 9:15 PM for the only Tuscan date of The Niro: an intimate and refined sonic journey through songs that speak of our times, shared fragilities, and the search for new light. The concert is offered by Fondazione CR Firenze and is dedicated to the citizens of its reference territories: the Metropolitan City of Florence, Arezzo, and Grosseto, together with their respective provincial areas.

Davide Combusti, known by his stage name The Niro, is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Rome who has been active on the music scene since 2008. With five albums of original material to his credit, he has released three records under Universal Music – The Niro (2008), Best Wishes (2010), and 1969 (2014) – as well as The Ship (Viceversa Records / EMI, 2012). With 1969, entirely written and sung in Italian, The Niro took part in the 64th Sanremo Music Festival in the Newcomers section with the title track, establishing himself as one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary Italian songwriting.

On November 14, 2025, he released La Nascita, his new album of original songs – a work that marks a new chapter in his artistic journey, blending introspection and sonic exploration. The Niro’s music is defined by its refined sound design and compositional elegance, merging Anglophile songwriting, intimate atmospheres, and soft, balanced textures where acoustic instruments and subtle electronics coexist harmoniously, always in service of emotion.
