A great evening in the name of jazz — between tradition and new inspirations — featuring the ensembles of two of the most important music education centers in the Metropolitan City of Florence:

Ensemble of the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole, founded under the guidance of saxophonist Claudio Giovagnoli, with a repertoire ranging from Duke Ellington and Charlie Parker to reinterpretations inspired by Joni Mitchell and Lady Gaga.
🕙 10:00 p.m. – Horace Silver Songbook
Ensemble of the Jazz Department of the Conservatorio Cherubini in Florence, led by saxophonist Dario Cecchini, dedicated to the more spiritual and poetic side of the great American pianist and composer.
A special evening devoted to jazz — between tradition and new inspirations — presented by Musicus Concentus in collaboration with the Jazz Club of Vicchio.
